It not only elevates the organization's public image but also powerfully reinforces FRF's core mission to create a world free from depleting, exploitative, and polluting resource consumption. In this vital endeavor, trust and credibility are absolutely essential, and a well-designed online presence directly builds that confidence
My strategy for informing FRF about this issue
Through a detailed analysis, I developed a presentation highlighting key areas of concern for their users and proposed actionable recommendations to resolve these issues, ultimately making it easier for visitors to understand their impactful initiatives and engage with their work.
Organization 2 - CogniFi
Website & Mobile App UX & UI Improvements
CogniFi, an innovator in cloud-based software for simplifying expense and income management, payee tracking, and project administration, aims to empower users through its cutting-edge solutions. This project outlines key User Experience (UX) improvement recommendations for the Cognify website.
By focusing on critical areas where users currently face challenges, these enhancements aim to create a more intuitive and engaging online experience. Crucially, addressing these user pain points will also serve to rebuild Cognify's credibility and trust, a direct response to reported user complaints.
Ultimately, these UX improvements are designed to directly impact Cognify's core business goals, driving higher user satisfaction, increased conversions, and a stronger brand presence in the market.

One user mentioned, "I tried Cognifi for a bit and was pretty disappointed. The site feels really clunky, and I had trouble with the JavaScript requirements too."
Another user shared, "I used Cognifi for about a week, and it was a complete disaster. The interface kept freezing every time I tried to do anything, and I got error messages constantly. I reached out to support, but they never got back to me."
A user expressed regret, stating, "I regret it. The registration took forever, and once I got in, the service was so buggy I couldn’t even use it properly."
